PRC License Verification
Every broker on our platform has their PRC license and DHSUD registration cross-checked. They must also hold a valid Authority to Sell for every listing they post.
Title & Ownership Verification
Every owner's Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT), government ID, and proof of identity are reviewed and verified before their listing goes live.
Price Integrity Check
Every listing is scored against comparable properties in the same area. Listings priced suspiciously below market are flagged automatically — stopping bait-and-switch tactics before they reach buyers.
Live Trust Score on Every Listing
Every listing carries a live Trust Score (0-100) computed from five factors: source verification, listing freshness, price integrity, duplicate detection, and community reports. Buyers see it instantly. Listings that go stale or accumulate reports are auto-hidden.
