Is this really free?
Yes. Registering, getting verified, and posting up to 10 listings costs nothing. Premium is optional and adds unlimited listings and featured placement - no ₱15,000 upfront fees.
What if my PRC license is up for renewal?
Yes — you can register during the renewal window. Enter your current license number and we will cross-check its status with the PRC. As long as your renewal application is filed, your account will be provisionally approved while documents are in process.
What is the Authority to Sell and why is it required per listing?
The Authority to Sell is a written authorization from the property owner allowing you to market their property. It's a legal requirement under RA 9646 - if you're operating correctly, you already have one for every property you represent.
Can I list pre-selling projects?
Yes. Pre-selling listings are supported. You'll need the developer's authorization documents in addition to the standard requirements.
What happens to my listings if I upgrade to premium then cancel?
Your listings stay live on the free tier (up to 10). Featured placement deactivates, but nothing gets deleted.
Do you verify every broker manually?
