What property types can I list?
You can list house and lot, condominiums (CCT), townhouses, vacant lots, and other properties where you hold a Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT).
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an account, getting verified, and posting listings costs nothing. We offer an optional paid boost if you want more visibility, but it is entirely optional.
Do I need a lawyer to list?
No. To get your account verified, you just need a valid government ID and a selfie holding it. Each property listing also requires uploading its title documents (TCT or CCT), which you do when creating the listing.
What if I am selling multiple properties?
You can list all of them under one account. Verification is required before your first listing goes live - it typically takes 1-2 business days. Once verified, you can list all your properties freely.
Can I still use a broker after listing here?
Yes. Listing on Listahanan.ph does not exclude you from working with a licensed broker. Many owners list here first to test the market, then engage a broker if needed.
What happens after a buyer inquires?
You receive the inquiry in your dashboard. You decide how and when to respond. We do not take a cut of the transaction - your deal is between you and the buyer.
Is FSBO legal in the Philippines?
