Is listing really free - no trial period?
Yes. The free tier has no time limit. Brokers can keep up to 10 active listings live indefinitely. Owners can list freely - up to 3 per day until identity-verified, then unlimited. Premium and Boost are optional upgrades for visibility, not requirements to list.
How does the broker Premium upgrade work?
Once your broker account is verified and approved, you'll see an Upgrade to Premium option in your dashboard. Payment is processed via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, or card). Your account upgrades immediately after payment and renews monthly.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We do not charge for registration, verification, or listings. We do not take a cut of your transaction. The only charges are Premium subscription and optional Boosts, which are clearly priced.
What payment methods will you accept?
GCash, Maya, and major credit and debit cards via PayMongo - the Philippine payment gateway.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Premium will be billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel anytime and your account reverts to the free tier - your listings stay live up to the free limit.
Do owners need to pay to get verified?
No. Verification is free for both brokers and owners. The Verified Owner badge costs nothing to obtain or maintain.
